Connellsville First Time Homebuyer Program--Currently CLOSED
The Connellsville Redevelopment Authority (CRA) First Time Home Buyer Program seeks to promote homeownership within the City of Connellsville. Made possible by a grant from the Hillman Foundation. Funds will provide 0% loans to boost affordable homeownership opportunities throughout the City of Connellsville for homebuyers at or below 100% of Area Median Income (AMI). Loans will be in amounts of up to $10,000 for down payment and closing costs and be second deferred mortgage financing.

Fayette County First Time Homebuyer Program
Assistance to purchase a home is available to qualifying
Applicants through the Fayette County Redevelopment Authority.
Assistance is available based on your income and varies based on
individual need and available funding sources. The exact qualifying income
limit will be determined at the time of application, as income limits for the
program vary based on the available funds utilized for each individual applicant.

Commercial Revolving Loan Fund--Currently CLOSED
The Connellsville Redevelopment Authority has funding up to $25,000 for the acquisition and rehabilitation of commercial property within the city limits of the City of Connellsville. Terms are 0% for 5 years with a balloon payment due at the end of the 5 year period. Loan cannot exceed 25% of the cost of the project.
