On behalf of the Connellsville Redevelopment Authority, welcome you to our website. Please take some time to explore the site, which is structured to provide you with valuable resources and information on the responsibilities and accomplishments of our organization.

On March 26, 2018, The Connellsville Redevelopment Authority was presented with the prestigious 2018 C. Riley Stoy Community Development Achievement Award at the Pennsylvania Community Development & Housing Practitioners Annual Conference in State College.

This award was created in 2000 in honor and in memory of C. Riley Stoy who began his community development career at the Uniontown Redevelopment Authority and advanced his career to eventually become Chief of the Small Communities Program at the Department of Community & Economic Development.

One award recipient is selected annually from all the CDBG coordinators across the Commonwealth to receive this award from DCED.

This award was presented to Michael Edwards and Paula Grubach for their dedication, competence and initiative in effectively serving the residents of the City of Connellsville in meeting their community development and housing needs. The Redevelopment Authority’s work exemplifies the career and character of Riley Stoy.
